These terms apply to the NN Scholars Academy website (www.nnscholarsacademy.in), the parent portal, and enrolment at NN Scholars Academy, Sangrur, Punjab (“we”, “us”). By using the website or enrolling a student, you agree to them.
The website
The website describes our classes, batches, timings and fees in good faith. Details can change; the institute will confirm current information at counselling and admission. Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam through the enquiry form or trying to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
Admissions and the demo week
- Admissions are open through the year, subject to seats in the batch.
- The free demo week lets your child attend regular classes before you decide. There is no obligation to join.
- Admission is confirmed once the admission form is completed and any admission fee is paid.
- We may move a student to a different batch for timing, level or class-size reasons, after discussing it with the parent.
Fees
- Fees are paid monthly, yearly or in instalments, as per the plan agreed at admission. Each payment is due by the date shown on your fee reminder or instalment schedule.
- Every payment gets a numbered receipt. Please keep it; receipts are also available in the parent portal.
- Fees once paid are not refundable, except where we decide otherwise in writing.
- Any discount (sibling, scholarship or other) is at the institute's discretion and may be reviewed each session.
- If fees stay unpaid for a long period, we may pause a student's classes after informing the parent.
Parent portal
- Portal accounts are created only by invitation from the institute: one login per family, using the parent's registered mobile number.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your login; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- The portal shows information for your own children only. Marks and report cards appear once the institute publishes them.
- We may suspend or turn off a login to protect a student's information, or when a student leaves.
- We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If anything looks wrong, contact the office; our office records are the final reference.
Conduct
We expect students to be punctual, respectful and to complete their homework. The institute may take reasonable steps, after speaking with the parent, if a student's behaviour affects others.
Content
The website, logo, study material and worksheets belong to NN Scholars Academy and are for our students' personal use only. Please don't copy or share them commercially without permission.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We teach with care, but results depend on many factors and we cannot guarantee particular marks, ranks or exam outcomes. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the period in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Sangrur, Punjab have jurisdiction.
